General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen, "GTC") apply to all orders placed through the online shop liquidice.com of Stylinyou e.U., owner Karen Reichardt, Am Ölberg 161/1, 3400 Klosterneuburg, Austria (company register [Firmenbuch] no. FN 439500z, VAT ID no. ATU69898827), hereinafter "we". A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who places an order for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting your order at checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract of sale is concluded when we accept the order by order confirmation or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and include statutory value added tax, plus any shipping costs (see Shipping & Delivery). The prices displayed at the time of the order apply. The available payment methods (e.g. credit card, Klarna, eps, Google Pay, PayPal) are shown at checkout; processing is carried out by our payment service provider.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Austria, as a rule within 2–4 working days to Austria and Germany and within 2–7 working days to the rest of the EU. Deliveries outside the EU take longer depending on the destination country and customs clearance; any customs duties and import charges incurred there are borne by the recipient. 5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. The complete instructions on withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung), including the model withdrawal form and the exceptions (in particular for unsealed cosmetic products), can be found on the Instructions on Withdrawal page.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung) apply. In the event of defects, you can contact us at any time at hello@liquidice.com.

8. Liability

We are not liable for slight negligence — except in the case of personal injury. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected. Mandatory statutory liability provisions, in particular under the Austrian Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), remain unaffected.

9. Directions for Use

Liquid Ice products are cosmetics and are intended exclusively for external use. Please observe the notes on the label and on the product pages.

10. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body.

11. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In relation to consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not override mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state of their habitual residence.
