COOLING WRISTBAND · COOLING BAND · COOLING SPRAY — ON THE BAND, NOT ON YOUR SKIN
THE DRILL

ON THE BAND
Cooling wristband on the wrist, spray until it's properly soaked. Or straight onto your shirt. Not on bare skin — there it flashes off in seconds and the cold leaves before you do.

EVAPORATE
The alcohol evaporates and takes the heat with it. The menthol tells your skin one word: cold.

KEEP GOING
6 °C off your skin temperature, at least 2 hours — with a proper soak on band or clothing.
WHY IT WORKS
EVAPORATION IS THE OLDEST COOLING TRICK ON EARTH.
Sweat already does this — just slower, and without the menthol. Liquid Ice evaporates in seconds and takes the heat with it. No battery, no wellness mist. Just physics.
NO MAGIC
WHAT'S INSIDE
Water, alcohol, menthol, camphor. Cold doesn't need a bigger chemistry set.
The full ingredient list (INCI) is on every bottle. Nothing we'd need to hide.

FIG. 01 — FINE MIST. LARGE SURFACE AREA. FAST EVAPORATION.
WHERE IT COUNTS
RUNNING IN THE HEAT
Spray the band before you start. Running makes its own wind — the more air moves over the band, the faster it evaporates.
CYCLING
On the bike, wind comes free of charge. Spray the band or your jersey before you roll out and it holds for the whole ride.
WEIGHT ROOM & HYROX
Indoors there's no headwind coming to save you — the gym fan just pushes warm air in a circle. Soak the band and top it up between sets.
COMMON QUESTIONS
TRAINING IN THE HEAT: THE QUESTIONS PEOPLE ACTUALLY ASK.
What helps when training in the heat?
A cooling wristband on your wrist, sprayed generously with Liquid Ice: the liquid evaporates and drops your skin temperature by 6 °C, for at least two hours. No power, no ice pack, no break — you spray and keep training.
Why spray the band and not your skin?
On bare skin, Liquid Ice evaporates almost instantly — a strong effect, but a short one. A cotton band or a shirt holds the liquid and releases it slowly. That's why the cooling runs for hours instead of seconds.
How long does one application last?
At least two hours if the band or clothing is properly soaked. A stingy spritz on a dry shirt won't last as long. Rule of thumb: spray until the fabric is visibly damp — then the two hours hold.
Which size do I need — M or L?
Both sizes come as a set of two. M is the narrower band for the wrist, L the wider one. More fabric means more liquid, which means longer evaporation. Not sure? Write us and we'll tell you which one fits.
Can I wash the band?
Yes — it's a cotton band and washes like anything else. The cooling comes from the spray, not from a coating that washes out over time. The band is reusable; the spray is the consumable.
