Yes, a deliberately small one. The starter pack pays for itself after five bottles sold — and repeat orders carry no minimum order value. The volume tiers are set out in the terms sheet, which you receive with our first reply.
HOW QUICKLY DO YOU DELIVER?
We ship from Austria. The binding delivery time is stated in the quote — we do not promise what we cannot keep.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS?
Around 40 % trade margin on the RRP of €49.90. Volume bonuses come as goods, not as discount cosmetics. The full tier list is in the terms sheet.
OWN BRANDING POSSIBLE?
For hotels, events and larger volumes: yes. Just mention it in your enquiry.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
First order by advance payment — with a 2 % early-settlement discount. From the second order onwards on account, net 14 days. No credit card required, no hidden fees.
WHAT IF THE STOCK DOES NOT MOVE?
The starter pack is deliberately small. And if it has not moved within 90 days, we exchange saleable stock once. The risk on the first order sits with us — not with you.
ONLINE OR DROPSHIPPING?
In your own shop, studio or web shop: yes. Dropshipping and marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay: no. The RRP is a non-binding recommendation — your pricing remains your business.
