Where We Ship
We ship from Austria to all 27 EU countries, as well as to the United Kingdom, Norway, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, the USA, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. We do not currently ship to Switzerland. The countries available right now are shown directly in the checkout.
Delivery Time
Usually 2–4 working days to Austria and Germany, and 2–7 working days to the rest of the EU, depending on the destination country. Outside the EU it takes longer, depending on the destination and customs clearance. The binding delivery time for your order is shown in the checkout.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders from €80 to Austria, from €100 to Germany and from €79 to the rest of the EU. Below those order values: Austria €5.99, Germany €9.90, rest of the EU from €18.90 depending on weight. There is no free-shipping threshold for destinations outside the EU; customs duties and import charges may also apply there and are paid by the recipient. The exact costs are shown transparently in the checkout before you complete your order.
