How to use
- Tear the pouch open at the top.
- Take it out and wring it out over the pouch, so the leftover Liquid Ice stays in the pouch. The bandage should be moist, not dripping wet.
- Wrap it tightly in a spiral from bottom to top, slightly overlapping. Tuck the end in firmly at the top so the bandage holds.
- Leave it on and uncovered: it needs air to evaporate.
Re-use: roll up the dry bandage and put it back into the pouch with the leftover Liquid Ice. Top it up with Liquid Ice to about 50 ml, wring it out over the pouch and re-apply.
Dermatest measured the soaked bandage from the can: in all 20 people, the skin under it was still cooler after two hours than at the start. The Active Ice Bandage in its pouch was not measured on its own.

FAQs
Is it single use?
It comes soaked for one application. After that you can re-soak it in its pouch: top it up with Liquid Ice to about 50 ml, wring it out over the pouch, re-apply.
Do I need to keep it cold?
No. It cools by evaporation, not by stored cold. Keep it at room temperature, no freezer needed.
Can I wear clothes over it?
Leave it uncovered. It cools by evaporation and needs air, so never cover or tape over it.
