How to use
- Spray generously onto a tight-fitting shirt, jersey or wristband. For your back and shoulders, spray the shirt directly.
- Put it on and keep going. It cools as long as the fabric stays damp.
- Spray again whenever you want more.
Keep the bottle closed, at room temperature. For external use only. Not on mucous membranes. Keep away from the eyes; if it gets in, rinse with water. Don’t spray large areas of bare skin.

Does it go on my skin?
It’s made for fabric. A tight shirt, jersey or wristband holds the liquid against your skin, so it cools longer. Don’t spray large areas of bare skin and keep it away from your eyes.
